Newventro ("we", "us") helps founders validate business ideas and generate business plans. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Account data — your email address and authentication details, handled by our auth provider (Clerk).
- What you submit — the business idea, country, budget, and industry you enter to generate a report.
- Billing data — subscription status and customer ID, handled by our payment processor (Stripe). We never see or store your full card details.
- Usage data — basic, privacy-respecting metrics to keep the service running.
How we use it
We use your inputs to generate your reports, your account data to sign you in, and your billing data to manage your subscription. The text you submit is sent to our AI provider (Google, via the Gemini API) solely to produce your results.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with the service providers needed to run Newventro — Clerk (authentication), Stripe (payments), Google (AI generation), and Cloudflare (hosting) — each under their own terms.
Your choices
You can update or delete your account at any time. To request deletion of your data, contact us at the address below.
