The service
Newventro generates business idea validations and business plans using AI. Output is provided for informational purposes only and is not legal, financial, tax, or professional advice. AI can be wrong — verify anything important before acting on it.
Accounts
You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login secure. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
Free tier and subscriptions
The free tier includes a limited number of reports per month. Pro is a recurring subscription (monthly or annual) billed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from the billing portal; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Disclaimer & liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Newventro is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, or for decisions made based on AI-generated output.
Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them. Questions? Email support@newventro.com.
